On this episode of “Breaking Upward,” host Beth Andersen and her guest, attorney Jacob Castonguay, discuss wills, trusts, living wills and more.

Everyone wants to take care of their family, even after they’re gone. That’s why Beth and Jacob decided to share their expertise on these estate planning vehicles as they can have a huge affect on your family’s future well being.

Jacob is an attorney with Andersen Law PC and joined the firm in 2021. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State University in Denver, and is graduate of Denver University’s Sturm College of Law. Jacob was admitted to the Colorado Bar in May 2020. After he passed the bar exam, Jacob began to volunteer with Metro Volunteer Lawyers. There, he was assigned his own allocation of parental responsibilities case, which sparked his interest in family law. As family law attorney with ALPC, Jacob loves that he can positively impact people’s lives as they navigate what is typically a difficult time. He is also focused on helping to ensure that children involved in cases get the best chance for a stable and positive upbringing.
